Thanks for all the replies! Youve definately given me a clearer view of what my goal should be.. and thats to take it one step at a time.. ill aim for 160, then 150.. then 140... Im all about feeling strong and healthy, not about being rake thin and weak, so i think ill keep goin with what im doing, which is work out…
