I am at that very same plateau I started at 183 and I now weight 159 how weird is that. I've been stuck for about 6 weeks. I have changed up my healthy eat plan and exercise and we will see if that helps I think this to will pass and we will start losing again. I also measure and am losing inches. Good luck!

I'm Struck too. I know someday it will start coming off again. I really think I am gaining muscle at this point because my body is still changing. Just keep on plugging away. Are you exercising? Did you take your measurements? That is were the most of my change is. Keep goooing!

You will be happy that you are doing this workout. The biggest thing you'll notice is the inches coming off. Oh How nice it is. 5 monthes in 23 pounds gone and 12 1/2 inches gone. went from a size 14 jeans to a 8. Still a long ways to go but its coming off. Enjoy the ride!!!!!!

Have you taken your measurements, If not do so. Sometimes the scales doesnt move but when you check your measurements after a couple monthes and you will be suprised. When i first start this program i was doing taebo and then i went to julian michaels 6 week six pack abs work outs. They are pretty similar to the weights workout so you could try that. Dont know if its right but thats what i do. Hope that helps you.
