hi finding it hard to eat my 1200 calories without going over my carb and protien allowance any suggestions

What kinds of food are you eating?0

2day breakfast porridge and linseeds seeds
lunch 100g turkey and salad
dinner 2 slices brown bread toast and beans
snack 2 apples and natural yougurt0 -
I started this program in November and at first i was going over a little bit on sugar and fat. The more you learn about foods and healthy eating the better off you will be. At least thats how it was for me. You learn alot just by truely logs all food intake and changing food up to fit in the calories intake for yourself. Keep it up it does get easier!0

It will get easier with time, just keep logging and try to change out certain foods to get closer. Also, check out the In Place Of A Road Map thread on here, 1200 may be too low, but there is a TON of good info. on there!0

take a look at your food diary and see where you are getting most of these from. Then, try replacing them with something. When I first started, I ate those fiber granola bars religously. HOLY CARBS! I traded them out for fruit or yogurt. Something still sweet, with fiber, but not as many carbs.0

And I honestly would not worry about protein so much. I go over almost everyday and I am still losing!0
