Aerobics with dumbbells

Does anyone know how to log using (2) 3 pounds dumbbells while doing aerobics?

    waste of time IMO just stick to heavy weights compound movements and stick with a callorie deficit diet to lose fat

    I'd personally just add it as Aerobics. I wouldn't think that it would up the calorie burn significantly enough to try to figure it out, especially considering aerobics normally has a fairly high calorie burn (depending on level). But that's just me.:smile:

    Perhaps you could add the dumbbell weight to your weight in the exercise log just to get the number of cal. burned and manually enter them, since the more weight you have, the more calories you burn.
  • Ty for your help. Ive just been adding 5 extra minutes to my workout total. Im going to stop doing that and just do it as aerobics. :)

    When i first start this program i was doing taebo and then i went to julian michaels 6 week six pack abs work outs. They are pretty similar to the weights workout so you could try that. Dont know if its right but thats what i do. Hope that helps you.
