In my country, all healthy food, if you find any, are expensive since they are imported. I pay around 7$ for 1L of Almond Milk I find that ridiculous !

I personally do them back to back; taking a 5-min break between the two. I think you should do it the way it suits you and your schedule. I agree that the only different is the high heart rate from the first session and probably burning a little bit more. Also, you might get lazy in the evening and ditch the second…

I can't say that I quit but I started insanity and then got a 50% on a gym subscription for a month to try Les Mills programs and so did that. Now the weather is too nice to workout at work so I am waiting for the fall to start Insanity again !

My net is 1200. If I workout I surely eat more. I lost 8 pounds in 20 days. Except from my mood swings and weather sensitivity, it is working perfectly !

I have been resting for 2 days now. Level 2 was hard on me and my knees hurt like hell. I stopped but replaced it with Zumba. This way I am keeping my daily workout but without injuring my knees. Listen to your body, if it needs rest, let it rest ~
