I just started the 30 day shred and was completely motivated to do 30 days straight. However, I have been reading alot of post about the importance of rest days...I am new at this so I would appreciate some advice. To rest or not to rest?

I have been resting for 2 days now. Level 2 was hard on me and my knees hurt like hell. I stopped but replaced it with Zumba. This way I am keeping my daily workout but without injuring my knees. Listen to your body, if it needs rest, let it rest ~0

I agree with Majd- if you need rest, then rest.0

JM said in a podcast that none of her programs are intended to be for every single day.
At least 1 rest day a week, sometimes 2 if you feel you need it.
Listen to your body! Part of this process is learning how to differentiate different emotions/feelings/needs of your body.0 -
I take one rest day a week. If you feel like you need it, though, then try and just do a walk and rest from that day of 30DS.0
