In the double day, should i do both workouts right after each other or can i do one in the morning and one at night?

I do them consecutively. For two reasons:
1.) To keep my heart rate going thus maximizing caloric burn.
2.) Cuz I wanna get it over with.
However, it really doesn't matter. I have heard of people doing it both ways. Go with whatever's clever just so long as you're doing it!0 -
You can do back to back workouts if you feel strong enough to handle it otherwise, it's ok to do one in the morning and one at night or even the next day. The most important thing is to workout at a pace that's comfortable for you and will not encourage injuries or fatigue.0

I personally do them back to back; taking a 5-min break between the two. I think you should do it the way it suits you and your schedule. I agree that the only different is the high heart rate from the first session and probably burning a little bit more. Also, you might get lazy in the evening and ditch the second workout. Other than that, it doesn't matter.0
