Thank you guys, I'm doing my best to switch! Every now and than I slip up and eat something with Gluten. It is a little tricky at first, but I am starting to get the hang of it.

Thank you guys, IT WAS WONDERFUL! BUT I ate slow and surprising filled up quicker than expected! I did eat what sounded good, but nothing fried, had a 2 pieces with cream cheese but besides that I would say I did good. Thank you for your help! Brit

I am stuck, in fact I lost 10 lbs and gained 12. It is a constant battle, but I am going to continue this battle. It is a lifestyle change and I am not perfect. Keep working hard!

I purchased it, and only completed 30 days of it. I loved it! I than got really sick and did not complete it. I am getting ready to start it again. I really do suggest it. It is a lot of fun and I recommend it. I am not a big "beach body" fan. I do like the program though. Good luck

I to got lazy and sluggish. I went on vacation and drank way to many sugary drinks, then came home for the holidays and didnt go to the gym. Instead I made Christmas cookies and ate raw cookie dough! I am to starting at my higher weight again! I feel down and depressed about it, but I cant take it back now, the best I can…
