I think a 1-2lb weight loss a week is good tonight also need to check your calories as well it does say that in the book that I have but keep going it can take time to adjust.good luck and take care

Completed d7l2 hoping to do finish level 2this week took a break over the weekend my knee still hurting hopefully will ease as I see postings say level3 is a lot of planks

I eat my bmr which is 1780 calls I do not eat back any exercise calories though as I do only 30 day shred and a brisk walk for 30 mins

yes I have just finished day5 level 2 and am having knee pain not as bad as level 1 following Anita still modified moves it seems to ease a little after 8th day see how I go or need to take advil

hi d1 l2 just finished I enjoyed it but definitely not used to planks although preferred the cardio arms are aching but legs not so bad hope will be better tomorrow

hi there just finished d5 level1 managed to complete and noticed I am more stronger 2day I weigh on Fridays I have lost 2lbs and 3 inches so I feel motivated also I read this thread every day keeps me on track so thanks for posting everyone.
