Hello all, just joined this site. My new years resolution is to lose about 25 pounds and exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes. After seeing some family members at Christmas who lost weight, I decided my goal is to get fit and healthy. According to the BMI calculator, I am in the healthy weight range but on the higher end and I feel more comfortable with myself in the lower healthy BMI range. I feel I was much more confident when I was slimmer, and I have become more self conscious of my weight lately.

I have gone on diets before and lost weight, but it has always slowly come back. I'm looking forward to losing the weight and keeping it off for good.
