how do i get my pictures to show up??

I am definately a work in progress but I am down 42 lbs since January of this year. My first goal is 140lbs(21 to go) and my ultimate goal is 120 to 125. I am 5'4" and current weight is 161 lbs. I started at approximately 203 lbs.

Great Job!! I have been scared away from insanity. I have heard it is just as it sounds :) so I have been telling myself the more in shape i get the more i will be willing to do it but seeing your post inspires me to give it a shot. Good job and thanks for posting!!

My first goal is 140ish lbs and I started at 203 lbs so it is nice to see ladies pictures. I am currently 168 so I am only 20 something pounds shy of my first goal.

My NSV for today was trying on my size 10 shorts and fitting into them comfortably!! In January when I started my journey I was wearing a size 18-20......so nice to be able to wear smaller clothes!!

I drink mostly water but I do enjoy iced coffee in the morning, unsweetened iced tea and beer(i try to stay away from it all together but when i do drink it i also try to drink the low cal beers). I rarely drink pop nowadays but if I do i grab diet coke/diet dr pepper/diet pepsi.

Ty. FYI I am down a little over a pound since my profile picture and the 36 total pounds is from initially starting mfp in nov. of 2012 but since January(when i became serious about weightloss) I am down approximately 30 lbs.

I love food. I especially love sweets and I used to eat too much and not exercise. I am turning that around now :)

!I like blt's. I use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. 1 tsp of honey mustard or if you prefer mayo a light mayo of some sort on 2 peices of orowheat 100 percent wheat bread with lettuce and tomato....yumm
