Lunch was kale and roasted beet salad with feta and blueberries, and Bragg's berry vinaigrette.
Then I made a spinach/pineapple/banana protein shake to take back to work with me that I'm sippin' on now.0 -

Trader Joe's - Chili Lime Chicken Burgers

Heinz - No Salt Added Tomato Ketchup

Tortilla "greek' pizza
1 homestyle whole wheat tortilla
2tbs roasted red pepper hummus
2oz smoked turkey lunchmeat
1oz chenel goat cheese
1tbs of capers
no-sodium greek seasoning
Bake at 300 degrees for about 15 minutes, then drizzle up to 1tsp of EVOO over for flavoring... So delish I might have it for dinner too! 330 calories

Lunch tomorrow is stuffed pepper soup (http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/12/stuffed-pepper-soup.html), a fresh orange and some greek yogurt! MMM!0

Red, White and Blueberry smoothie
1 cup of skim milk
1 banana
3/4 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fressh blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend away and enjoy!0 -

6 grape tomatoes
1 medium slice of onion
all chopped up and cooked in 1/2 cup of egg whites.
Great for breakfast or lunch, and plenty of calories left over for tossing it into a wrap (I like La Tortilla factory smart and delicious whole wheat) or adding meat.0 -
