My goal is to continue on the path that I started when I discovered MFP in November of 2012. I will continue logging the foods that I eat. I expected to see a loss when I got on the scale this morning. Unfortunately, no loss. But I am happy to say I did not gain an ounce. So I'm working on my loss for next week.

I'm in all the way. I started shortly before Thanksgiving and was tracking while enjoying the turkey with the family.
