Yep, you're right proteins and fats are much harder to digest than carbs. I think it's an instant taste and satisfaction thing I get things like white bread and mashed potatoes etc. That said, it IS very short lived and you do just want more! Oh and Alli is disgusting, i'm sure you'll agree!

Thanks guys, sounds like good advice. Does seem like a bit of a fad. It's not that I don't know what or how to eat well, I just always feel so damn hungry!! Guess i'm used to eating so much all of the time, it's a hard habit to break huh. Merry christmas! :D

Sounds obvious but try to keep your joints warm. Take hot showers in the morning and hot baths at night - maybe use the steam room after a workout at the gym to help loosen you up.
