EVERY weekend! Every Saturday I have a free day, where I eat whatever I feel like - NOT a binge day, just an 'eat not so healthily' day. And every Sunday I jump straight back on the bandwagon and carry on as usual. :bigsmile:

Yes! Yes! Yes! Even if it takes you a tiny bit OVER your calorie goal. At the end of EVERY day I have two squares of dark chocolate, knowing that they are coming makes it easy for my to stay on track all day. I'm no expert either but I would NOT consider creating a larger calorie deficit. You're a similar height and weight to me and I think you should be eating more NOT less. I eat approx 1400 cals per day with a free day (not a binge day) every Saturday where I usually eat just over 2000 cals. I agree with annie's suggestion…
