I started back in Nov with a weigh in of 435. 5 months in and im down to 386.

2 years ago around 440 maybe 445

    Thanks for all the kind words. I'm hoping to hit the big 50 this weekend i'm about a 1.5 shy. It's been a long fight with personal demons etc, when I reach goal maybe ill share my story.
