MFP says I'm at 89 protein today and my goal is supposed to be 63 so I get an F in meeting the goal on here but this is where I felt good in my protein intake today...so I'm not too worried about it. I'm way below on my fats and carbs though...but again its where I felt good today so I just focused on calories.

zumba kills calories lol, but yes if you walk everywhere and do zumba and cut out all your carbs you are going to have a difficult time. Protien will be your friend and so will those potatoes.

Yeah that really got me OT too...my first thought to that was WOW what an accomplishment...congrats!....and now I'm thinking peanut butter made her lose 125 lbs because she eats it every day :P lol j/k

lmao, I'm pretty sure it was the gyros that knocked me up last year.....and the peanut butter I ate during the pregnancy must've made me gain the 90 lbs I did <.<...surely it was the peanut butter
