I've had a peanut butter banana wrap for breakfast 4 times a week for the last 3 months and I've been losing weight, not gaining. PB can't be that horrible for ya??0

Water does the same to me...0 -
As soon as you eat or drink something your weight will go up! even water if you chug it your scale can say up 10lbs buts its the amount it weights in your body! as long as it hits your macros it will not make you fat no matter what you do0
-
I eat peanut butter every day(just had it for lunch!) and I've lost 125 lbs...0

By ur logic water make me fat haha
weigh yourself less and chill out0 -
Did you ever stop to think that you simply gained muscle in the last few minutes?
Best. Reply. Ever!0 -
Why are you torturing yourself by weighing yourself after you eat every single thing? That is a recipe for disaster. Eat healthy, moderation, portion control and exercise. Weight yourself less(maybe once a week) and relax!0

If you're worrying about your momentary weight in ounces......you have bigger problems than peanut butter addiction. (Yes I know this was snark ...but we have some folks here who really are like that .....)0
-
I use to do the samething...weigh myself three, four times a day. I will drive yourself crazy and it is very discouraging. Weigh yourself once maybe twice a week if needed but in the morning after using the bathroom.0
-
Its the weight from the two tablespoons you ate. Quit hating on peanut butter :sad:0

I just ate two tablespoons (33g since I measured on my food scale) and immediately gained an ounce! What's up with that?
Is this serious?
33g is ~1oz so thats why you gained weight!
a ounce of fat is heavier than an ounce of peanut butter, don't be fooled!
:laugh:0 -

safe to assume it just wasnt plain peanutbutter.....but with nuts0 -
i find that things high in fiber create a lot of "hot air" inside of me and I weigh less because of it!0
