Highest weight: 259
Current weight: 148
110lbs lost in one year
40lbs was because of hospital and 70lbs was my hard work
Bust:39
Waist: 28
Hips:39
My next goals are:
Get more muscle tone
Join archery hunting
Get waist down to 26in
I kept this short and sweet! Best advice I can give is to be your own advocate and to fight for what you want. Don't pitty yourself but empower yourself!
