I am so glad to be in this too! My starting weight 2 weeks ago was 239. Today after 2 weeks it is 231! My plan is to drink 8 cups of water, walk 6 days a week, do some easy pilates at least 5 times weekly, and watch my diet. I want to start some yoga to regain some flexability. I am very overweight and was quite sedentary until I started doing the walk away the pounds dvd. I don't need a book or video with very exaggerated movements . I want to start slow. Any suggestions?
