1/2 Green, no. 1/31 Exercise, yes... I ran! So excited!!! Did 2 miles, a few walk breaks, and it was slow but I did it! Rose Bowl party at a friends so knew I would be red, but I didn't go overboard. This should be the last of the food celebrations for a bit! @MelissaPhippsFeagins, are you training for a race?

9/28 Green! 1 more day to go and I will have made that goal too! Got brave and weighed myself and I've lost a couple lbs so yippee! I know it's not a big thing.
