staying on track on weekends
Anyone else have a hard time staying on track for the weekend? During the week I have a good schedule and pack lunch and snacks for work, but the weekend is a different story. THM anyone?
Has anyone tried THM (Trim Healthy Mama)? I read the book, and tried to follow for a few days- drove myself crazy with the E/S/FP thing. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and had success. I'm sure it can't be as difficult as I made it (there are alot of good reviews for it on Amazon and online testimonials).
