3/19/22 I keep waking up with my health and fitness on my mind. Decided to day to give couch to 5k another go. Went to the trail for my first run today! Feeling great the rest of the day. I HAD this problem, until very recently. I find that tracking ahead, really helps to keep me on track. Before I go to bed at night, I know (and have logged) what I'm eating the next day, usually all 3 meals and snacks. If I want to eat something different, its easy enough to change it.
