Today was a great day. I had dinner with my closest friends and their spouses at the Capital Grille in Chestnut Hill I purposely chose my calories throughout the day in hopes of staying on plan. Feeling great today! Did i exercise today? Yes, i took the dog for a mile walk and then started day 1 of couch to half marathon! I walked/ran for 39 min.
