Because of the hours I work most days calories get put onto the next day although officially I haven't slept. So if one day I am over it goes onto the next and then I stay under. Treadmill is much easier for me even walking fast pace and with an incline, The elliptical kills me to my very core. I have lost 23lbs and started at a size 38GG I am still that weight but the cup feels looser than usual but then in some bras in the same size they still fit perfectly. I think if just depends on what style I am wearing. I hope I don't go below an E because that's what I was at my lightest.

Day 3: During: End Result: Hope they all work I didn't follow Jillian's meal plan I mainly ate under 1600cals a day and did around 4 workout sessions in the gym, these didn't include weights or ab crunches. Mainly treadmill and elliptical trainer.
