  • My reward for myself was a pin up/boudoir shoot for myself when I reached my goal weight. I worked really hard and set the date for this saturday. I reached my goal last night! I am so excited and proud of myself! I can't believe I really did it!
  • OMG! Chips are the devils food! Once you pop you can't stop is so true. I love them all, but my favorite...baked bbq lays and salt and vinegar chips. I can't eat a serving size. When there's broken chips it becomes free food in my mind! Obviously I haven't had chips in a while, they can't be in my house!

  • I use cardio trainer and love it. I like that I can download my music to it so I don't have to carry my phone and ipod on my run. I mainly use it to keep track of how fast I run my miles so I can add my exercise into myfitnesspal. The calories burned are always the same as on here though.
  • I love mine either with peaches like everyone else has said; or with a bit of Johnny's seasoning salt or taco seasoning on it. Its really yummy, I eat it almost every day!
  • I had the same thing happen to me. It will get better, its just the change of diet. My skin is in the process of clearing up but I've noticed my hair is greasier and my nails are growing like crazy! I'm hoping my hair being greasy is a sign its growing healthier too!

  • My trainer taught me to do a weight exercise coupled with a speed exercise to cut jiggle and not get huge muscles. ex: lunges and then sprints. it seems to be working for me
