I don't pre-log my entire day at once, but I enter an item or meal shortly before I eat it. I've actually been having the same thing randomly happen to me. I'm usually a stomach sleeper, but have noticed more and more lately that I wake up on my back. Doesn't bother me either but it's definitely a little strange.

I weigh myself daily. But if you choose to go that route, you have to understand that your weight fluctuates daily based on different things. I'm just a curious person, though. If you're finding yourself becoming obsessive or discouraged with weighing daily, I'd definitely suggest going with once a week. :smile:

I've cut back some, but will never completely eliminate anything I enjoy. Alcohol included. That's just not realistic. I do find that when I drink it's not so much the drinks themselves that make me take a hit calorie-wise, but rather the yummy bar food I end up eating afterwards. :smile:
