NSV: Clothes are fitting slimmer.

So I totally have an awesome feeling lately now that my clothes are fitting looser.
No more tight 2XL shirts. No more tugging my 2XL's away from my body because they were tight. No more crossing my arms to cover up my man chesticles. No more belly hanging out from my shirt and blaming it on the shirt being "not long enough".
Tomorrow I'm going clothes shopping for my cruise the first week of April and I am excited to buy new clothes for the first time in a while. I'm looking at sizing charts online and according to a few sizing charts I fit into their "XL" sized clothing. If this is true I will jump with joy tomorrow.
This is totally, 100% pure motivation to keep going so I can one day change from an "XL" to a "L".

Awesome NSV!! I dread my weigh in, but love that my clothes fit better no matter what that silly scale says. Such an amazing feeling! Congratulations!0

I know the feeling!!!!! Wednesdays are my weigh in days and the amount of nervousness that comes with weighing in is ridiculous. It's always a nice sigh of when you see a "-" reading and not a "+" reading...even though the scale is a devious liar.0 -
About two weeks ago, I was trying to budget for new clothes and my wife digs into my sons closet, she hid all my skinny clothes in there, wah la, new clothes. Compliments suddenly started flowing in. I love NSV's!0

The clothes I own are fitting a little looser, and last weekend, I was inspired to try on a new pair of jeans. I'm down a pant size... and given that this pair of one-size-smaller pants was also on the clearance rack, I bought them!
Victory of the weight and the wallet - and a reminder of what I'm working toward that I bought for only $11.820 -
I'm proud of you. Now rush those 2 s to the resale store and shake your fist at the heavens and say in your best scarlet oh ara accent "with God as my witness I'll never be 2 again"0

Awesome NSV! I get so excited when my clothes start feeling loose and I'm able to fit into old clothes that were always too tight. It's great motivation! Congrats! :drinker:0

Had the exact same feeling a few weeks ago. I was shopping for some running gear and, being a size XXXL, I immediately went to the B&T section. After checking the sizing charts I went down to XL. I first only ordered one piece not trusting that it will actually fit. I'm now officially a size XL. I still have a long way to go in restocking my wardrobe.0
