Welcome! I am on day 5! I will do two workouts when I get home. Whew!!
-
So really for me only wanting it to calculate true calorie burn during T25, the FT4 is the better way to go? I have resisted getting one but I have no idea how to guesstimate my calorie burn with T25.
-
That is exactly me!

What are the differences?

Yesterday was Day 1 for me as well! Today is Day 2 when my husband and I get home from work. So far so good!
-
bump for later - love my sushi!! ps I don't understand Malia_9...isn't that the point of this site? To count calories to learn to eat better and lose weight and then learn how to eat to maintain??
-
I would log them all separately as 2 sets. And you will log them under strength training so it won't really be affecting your calorie count for the day. That is what I do.

This makes me feel better about ordering T25. Can't wait for it to come in. Do you follow their nutrition plan or do you use the deficit plan here on MFP?
-
Thanks everyone! I ordered the program this past weekend. Should see it come in soon. I need to wait to start them until after Thanksgiving. I am going on vacation and my grandmother's house will not take the "jumping" around that I see the workouts are.
-
That is awesome!!!
-
Thanks!

Sounds good! I am a beginner and would like to eventually do P90X or Insanity. I just know that I am not ready for that and I don't want to get discouraged.

bump!:drinker:

Awesome sauce!

So it is good even for a beginner? I know there is a modifier on there and I will definitely start with that. Just want to make sure I can get up to it!
-
I may not exercise as hard but I would still eat right. That can only help to prolong your life, in my opinion.
-
I've lost my weight through estimating calories in and out. I am getting down to the part where it is harder to lose. I decided to get a Pampered Chef food scale since my friend was having a party. I am waiting for it to come in.
-
And I paid $68 for mine. So worth the money! Overall I spent $181 for three bras at that store but let me tell you, I don't fidget in any of them and to me that is huge!!!
-
Okay the bra I bought is called Panache Sport and I love it!
-
I just bought the best sports bra ever from Bare Essentials in Delaware! I will have to get the name of it when I get home. I am in a 32H and that sucker keeps me still even while running! And I can make it into a razerback bra as well!

^^^^This^^^^ Now I want sushi for dinner tonight but must resist. Tomorrow is weigh in day.....

I used to look like the girl in the movie...everyone used to tell me. Still can't stand to be near a TV with "snow" on it.

I have the most disturbing movie to beat all.....Martyr's. Google it...doesn't sound too bad, right. WRONG!!! LOL This is a deeply disturbing movie that I will never watch again in my life!! And I love scary movies!!

You sound exactly like me to the 'T'! I am having problems with this. Starting this coming w/e I am going to try to stick to Saturday being the day I don't log and worry too much about it. I am going to be strong on Sunday! I am determined. No I don't think either of us need to throw out the cheat days. There area a lot of…

That's all you can do.

Yes I only did it once. Too much money for something that sounded too good to be true. And it really is too good to be true. The inches came back pretty quickly. I was already eating at a deficit so my weight continued to decline, but that had nothing to do with the wrap.
-
I tried it once to see what it was all about. After the time having it on, I actually gained inches. However, 2 days later I saw a 2" loss around my belly where I used it. However it did not last. I would say, use what you have since you ordered them but then just do it the good old fashioned way of a calorie deficit and…
