  • I've reached a plateau on the 17 day diet. On Wednesday, which would have been day 10 of Cycle 1, was the last day I saw any real weight loss. Mind you, I have lost 17.6 lbs so far during those 16 days. Any suggestions on how to revamp the weight loss??
