Flushing meadows park has a pool- look up Al Oerter Recreation Center...membership is about $150 per year and they open at 6am close late too.

Omg I'm so sorry you are going through this. I see a therapist as well (long story) and that helps. I don't know you very well from what I can tell you seem to have strength. Try to be strong for your mom. Have faith and pray. Bad situations have a way of turning around.

I'm not following the nutrition guide because I want to stay away from bread. My hr monitor says that I lose between 350-400 calories per workout. I have similar issues and just finished my first week too. I think cooking your meals ahead of time, counting calories, eating a meal two hrs before your workout like lentil soup will help.
