  • 7.13 Green: Yes. Had most meals planned out. After meals, I logged before I went back to the kitchen --I really want to eat something, but I know I don't need it. I really wanted to eat candy at the office - but I avoided. Water, maybe a decaf coffee, and then brushing teeth! Total 5.
