  • Hey, I just started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and the only equipment you need are a pair of hand weights (but I'm pretty sure you can just substitute bottles of water or something if you don't have those) I have a small apartment and I'm able to do it just fine. Also, any body weight circuit workouts are…
  • That's great to know...thanks!!!
  • Thanks! Just curious - have you ever compared what your heart rate monitor says you burn to what MFP says for 20 minutes of circuit training? (Not sure if you can look at specific time intervals like that). If so, I'd be interested to see how accurate MFP is, at least in that instance. :)

I'm really really scared that losing a moderately significant amount of weight will make me much less attractive in his eyes. I know…
  • Hi! I'm in my 20's and from Canada too! We should be friends :) Also, congrats on the weight loss so far. It sounds like you are doing great!! target
  • Echoing what other people said - be careful of relying solely on the BMI calculators. I'm 5'1", and according to those, I should be anywhere from about 90-120lbs. However, I've talked to three doctors about my weight, and they have all said that I absolutely should not go below 125lbs because of the way I am built. I trust…
