Almost 11 months here and heavier than the day I gave birth :'( need to ultimately drop about 100 lbs but am starting with a goal of 20. It's been extra hard since breast-feeding makes me hungrier than I've ever been!!!

I would like to know the same thing. I can see everything from MFP app on my fitbit app....but not the reverse.

I also tend to hop on the scale a lot...but i only count and record once a week. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day so try to weigh yourself close to the same time each time. You say you did it this morning...do it again tomorrow morning for example. Dont fret, be patient. It will happen! :)

I dont so much get advice, but criticism. They like to tell me im starving myself, i need to eat more, and my favorite...why are you even bothering?! Why is none of their business, really none of it is lol I eat enough for me and i tell them that 30 lbs in 6 months im pretty sure im doing just fine. Keep doing what works…

Anyone can add me. I eat as close to 1200 as possible, and eat back some workout calories. Working well for me so far and would love to help motivate as well as get more support...you can never have enough support!! :)

As many others, i am also a mom of 2. I tend to workout at night once they are in bed, i am def a night person! I know you can jump start your day with a good workout but like to sleep too much! Ive lost weight before but watched it come back, determined to make it work this time! Feel free to add me, anyone!

As long as it is up-tempo im good to go! Ive got everything from tech9ne to aerosmith...eifel 65 to nickleback...i use slower pased songs for my cool downs so i dont get so pumped up! :)

I sat and compared and discovered that in almost every nutritional aspect 2 slices of honey wheat bread is better than 1 whole wheat tortilla. I never wouldve imagined!!

I have never done insanity but I have TurboFire. I am getting ready to start it back up again after the new year i think, never completed it yet. I do absolutely love it though!! Stopped for personal reasons but am very excited to start it again. I think you would enjoy it!!

I use it as a guideline only. I just want it to say im a normal weight. I just moved from obese to overweight and felt great about it. However it varies individually. Having a very small budget, and 2 small children, i def eat them. However...due to the insane sodium content we always have a sandwich with it and manage to split one pack between 3 people. This way its not quite as bad but we can still enjoy them...cuz theyare quite yummy!! :happy:

I have started to look at individual nutritional things. I have spent my time really concentrating on calories for now but am looking at where to put my efforts next. It seems to be that sugar, sodium and cholesterol are what i tend to have too much of on a regular basis...so that will probably be where my next efforts go.…
