Does anyone use these. And do they help you??

    I had a basic one, just gave heart rate. Used that one a lot to see where I was at. Just got a new one with a lot more features and wish I would've got this one to begin with. Helps keep the intensity of my workouts up.

    My boyfriend and I just bought our yesterday! We got the Polar FT4. I really like it so far! It's very accurate, and it made me work so
    Much harder during my cardio today. It's a little pricey at $89, but so far, I'm finding its very worth it. I recommend buying
    A heart rate watch!
