i eat chocolate granola!... the kind the does not come in granola bars... not having any sugar is hard..so limit yourself and its okay!.. the granola i get has no high fructose corn syrup or bad ingrediants

I've heard u shouldn't take more then 40g of protein per meal. Could it be i ate my protein too quick?

It wasn't quest but I've been wanting to order some quest bars! .... The one I had today had 14g of fiber which is a lot I thought too.

Yeah! I usually stay away from bars but this definitely had high carbs. I'm going to order some quest bars but I needed something to satisfy my sweet tooth

Nope but not pregnant! Hahaha. I ate a ton of fiber. Which used to cause it... But my body is used to fiber now as I used to eat none. I ate a protein bar then some chicken was made in my house and I was still hungry for real food before my workout

It was 20g protein. And then I had chicken not long after I don't think I spaced it out enough causing it do that?

I take in about 1600 calories... 180 carbs... Less or more give or take and between 80 to 100gs of protein. I do 30 mins of cardio at least 4 times a week and lift weights after that for about 30 mins

Thanks everyone for the comments!! Very helpful!!!!! And I'm trying to maintain and il hit 180g of carbs but most of the time it's 80 to 100 carbs in one sitting!! Very hard for me to spread them out for some reason

How many fats is recommended to take in a day???? Anyone??? I take in around 50g

Thank you!! I used to be a master with my carbs taking in 450ish a day. Then for whatever reason my metabolism slowed down and I cannot eat carbs like that anymore!!! Or fast food or chips LOL. Changed my lifestyle completely but I still find myself bingeing on carbs at times! Thanks everyone for their intake!

Thanks! I range between 150 and 200. Mostly from yogurt... Fruits... Pasta and sigh I had a bagel today! Lol. My carb limit seems so high compared to you low carbers. I don't know how you do it!!!!

Thank you! I do binge when I'm bored and when something taste amazing of course I want another even when I'm full!! I'm a home care nurse so I do binge out of boredom. Right now I'm at a garage bake sale.... So tempting. Thank you guys I read all of your posts!!!!

Also I only drink water and milk... Use oat flour and find a pancake recipe!!! Soooo yummy! Also oatmeal! Turkey bacon! Brown rice!

Chicken is good! Eat lots and lots of it!!! I eat mine with tapatio.... Also smoothies delicious!!! With chobani greek yogurt! Sweet potatos are my all time favorite.... You can do homemade pizzas with pizza sauce and whole wheat pita bread! .... Apples and peanut butter best snack ever!! String cheese... Hard boiled eggs!…

Why are you not eating more healthy foods??? I'm the complete opposite. I have binge eating disorder.... But without the purge of course. You are not going to get fit eating that little amount of food as it slows down your metabolism.... Any food you take in will store as fatbecause you are depriving your body..... Eat…

I never buy banana chips but that sounds delicious! My problem is the moderation. I do treat myself once a week to restraunt foods... But that does not help. I'm trying those banana chips!

Oh I feel ya! Smaller quantities do not seem to help me... As if I grab one candy or cookie...il find another!! Once I start its hard to stop! I try to buy string cheese and almonds to munch on instead of sweets!! Or even yogurt. After I ate 5 sees candys and took a bite out of all of them in the box I'm throwing them…
