I realize my food diary is private but thats because most of the time im kind of ashamed of it.. I never really noticed it but looking back ive noticed ive only logged in 1actual meal most days.. for example today i had 3 sunny side up eggs with no salt and with 1table spoon of butter for snack i had about 3/4 serving of doritos, 3 cinnamon cookies and a cup of milk for lunch. and half a cup of rice pudding for dinner should i be worried.. whenever i do TRY to eat good i get nausea and no im not pregnant thats impossible. im just not hungry i eat just to eat. so my stomachs not empty i do log everything i eat im not forgetting to do it.. i just dont know whats wrong with me.. maybe this need to loose the weight has really gotten to me..?? opinions..thoughts.. suggestions..!!

That is the answer to life, the universe, and everything. But what was the question?0 -

Sounds like you need to talk to a professional instead of MFP'ers. They can help figure out exactly what is going on and get you where you need to be without all the anxiety that you may have here from total strangers.0 -
If you can see your diary, and you are logging everything, then only you can come up with some suggestions for improving it.
Take it one step at a time. Maybe for a week, promise yourself you will have 3 meals a day. Keep them small if too much food makes you nauseous.
Then try to make each of them healthier - cookies wont give you much in the way of good nutrition. Try a variety of things - salads, soups, yoghurts, cheese, nuts.0 -
You're eating a ton of crap, that's why 1. you feel bad about it, 2. you're not satisfying your hunger and 3. although it feels like such little food, it's probably a lot of cals. Friend me! I'd be happy to encourage you. I need some encouragement myself0

Why are you not eating more healthy foods??? I'm the complete opposite. I have binge eating disorder.... But without the purge of course. You are not going to get fit eating that little amount of food as it slows down your metabolism.... Any food you take in will store as fatbecause you are depriving your body..... Eat almonds!!! Yogurt!!! Chicken!!! String cheese!! Crackers!! Wheat bread!! Pasta is delicious!0

All you have described so far are physical symptoms, whereas eating disorders are complex emotional disorders. Nobody here is qualified to say whether you have an ED or not, and it would be utterly irresponsible for anyone to suggest that you do/don't. In saying that, I would suggest talking to your doctor first to try and discover what is causing you problems eating.
Wishing you the best.0 -
I'm not a doctor, but honestly I don't see anything resembling an eating disorder about this, just unhealthy eating. My suggestion would be to deprive yourself of the junk/bad food. Make a goal for each day and stick to it, like at least 2 "real" meals for starters. Don't even think about touching bad foods until after you've fulfilled your goal for the day. A healthier meal, I would say could be 2 eggs and a piece of toast for breakfast, try some orange juice with it or just stick to only water. You need to get some vegetables and protein in, even fruit would be better than junk. I think you'll realize during the day that if you've deprived yourself of snacks, you truly *are* hungry, but by grazing on just snacks and no real meals, you're not allowing your body the chance to become "hungry" and so you're getting close to a sufficient amount of calories, but you're not getting the nutrients your body needs.
As far as the nausea when you *try* to eat healthy, I feel like that's just a mental block. Eating eggs is healthy, I certainly wouldn't consider it unhealthy. But you're not suddenly going to develop nausea every time you eat them in the future just because you've learned they're healthier than cookies. Eat your breakfast, deprive yourself for a while after that, just drink some water, milk, not soda or anything ridiculous because you don't want to consume liquid calories or get full by drinking bottle after bottle of a zero calorie diet soda, when it gets to be an hour or two after lunchtime, you'll eat something healthy if that's what's gonna fill your stomach.0
