Okay so I have seen a lot of people say its genetics I have to disagree. I'm three sizes bigger than my mom, always have been. When I lose weight I went from a 36D to a 34D. Still losing weight but not expecting it to go down any more. :-)

I usually crave chocolate. I eat hershey kisses or I have pretzels dipped in peanut butter. :-) So good and yummy. Sounds like you are eating too little. Increase your calories and work your way down I range between 1200-1500 a day depends on the day. You should not feel sick.

you can always start working out make do 10-15 a day then up it when you feel comfortable with that. It's good to push yourself but not overdo it. I wouldn't exercise daily either I do 2-3 times a week with a few crunches daily. It's all about baby steps then you will lose weight and be somewhat in shape.

I ca fit from a 6 to a 12 comfortably without uncitely rolls and they are so confusing. but in shorts it ranges from an 8 to 12 sometimes 14.

You look great no need for low self-esteem. Allow I have suffered from that as well. Great job on the weight loss. Most guys I hang around which are in there 20's, half of them don't look that good as far as weight goes. Stick to your plan and just be confident and girls will notice. Trust me.

It's not for beginers but like others have said do what you can through each episode and then eventually you will get stronger and be able to do more. Thats what I have done. In the end you will hvae amazing results if you keep up with it. Good Luck! Sounds like you'll need it, I know I did!

Im 5'2" and my calves are 15 inch I weigh about 149ish. I can find boots no problem that go up to my knee. But i also have a small shoe size of 5 1/2 to 6.
