Don't focus as much on the scale (Iknow it's hard). The scale can zap you positive attitude on your lifestyle change. Your goal has to be to get in better shape. How often do you weight in? I say no more than once a week. Also switch up your workout sometimes. It will make a difference. Good luck we know you can do it.

I am completely feeling your point. The last thing I am is cocky (too big to be cocky). You pointed out one of the biggest benifits for me. For the 3 months I get 20% off of anything at the club (personal trainer, classes, ect.) It only cost $10 to join the club. I think I am going to do it.
