Okay so I am down 1.2 pounds. Pretty happy about that! However, I haven't been working out like I normally do because I feel like poopie! I got whatever bug that's going around so that may be why I've lost weight too. On the plus side I have lost a couple more inches too though!

If you google couch to 5K you can find a treadmill version and a regular version. It is basically a program to get you off the couch and prepared to run a 5K. Its hard, but I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness level.
