I am down 0.6 this morning, so weight is 183. I was up a few lbs from Easter, so I did manage to lose those plus a little extra. I'll take it!!0 -

Got lucky this past week. TOM was here 3 days earlier so I didn't got psyched last week with bloating etc.
I guess that helped as well as all those calcium supplement I'm taking everyday.
No major PSMesing at all (except some pimples) :laugh:

Nice! It's of course not *really* what I lost in *fat* this week, but mostly my body is catching up with losing the water weight of the last two weeks, due to hormones and my sodium feast while working in the field in the Arctic. (I'm also I think slightly dehydrated this morning after a long bike ride yesterday evening. Well, not long-long, but long for me! I bought a bike this week!)0 -

I will weigh myself when I get home tonight. I think my scale messed up, but not sure. I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was 151.4 (same as last week) and then I weighed myself after my workout that evening and it said I had gained 8lbs!! Yeah ok, I know that is not possible, but it is really discouraging seeing the number I thought I said goodbye to. Anyway we will see what it says tonight.0
