@TeresaSavageOkay! I see I finally figured it out. I'm Not liking the front view at all. See how all the skin is loose in the face, I look 10 years older for sure {LOL}, Im working on it :blushing: I don't see much of a difference, But I can feel it!

You can see a difference (a very big difference!) on EVERYONE!! So even if the weight loss wasn't what was hoped for, you are obviously moving in the right direction!! Congratulations and give yourself a pat on the back!!0 -

OMG everyone is looking amazing!!! Its so wonderful to actually see the change in people, I know it is one thing to see that someone lost 5 lbs in a week but it is another to actually see what a difference!!! We are all changing soooo much from this challenge!! I am so proud and happy to be a part of this group!! I know i havent lost much (barely anything) but I have gained so much self worth and motivation from you all :happy:0

Alright. I got my 4 mile run in yesterday in 49:20, with the first 21 minutes running straight, then run/walk combo the rest of the time. Tomorrow morning is my FIRST EVER 6 mile run!! I'm kinda nervous! Wish me luck!
Sometimes I wonder why I decided to do a 10K and then I remember that I need to prove to myself that I can do this. Something that used to seem unattainable is now within my reach! I need to show myself that I'm capable of anything if I put my mind to it!0 -

I hope you all are having an awesome SPRING WEEKEND and were able to enjoy that beautiful FULL MOON!!! I hope you all were able to check it out!!?? It's the closest to the earth than it has been in 18 years! It was truly amazing and beautiful!!!!
I just got my POLAR HRM and look forward to setting it up today and going for my 10 min. walk!!! :laugh: YES, I SAID 10 MIN WALK! :grumble: That's all the doctor will allow for now! However, I am excited to start getting out and doing some form of activity other than just cleaning!! :noway: I want to test out my RED HRM!!!!!! I guess it will be like driving a flashy red convertible!!!! LOL :bigsmile: The weather here in Fort Lauderdale, FL has been truly beautiful!!! The Spring is here and the HUMIDITY IS NOT!!! :glasses: So, I'm anxious to get out there and ENJOY!!!!
I want to thank everyone for posting your before/after pictures!!! I really enjoyed them. I will post mine just as soon as I can get someone to take the after pic's for me!!! Soon to follow!!! You can truly see the difference!!! You all have worked very hard to get where you are and I am so dang proud of each and every one of you!!! Be proud of yourselves and take this time to reflect on how much you have change both on the outside and the inside!!!!!

Let's see if this works... This is my progress from Jan to March 18. In that time, I did the 30 Day Shred, and lost about 9 lbs.

The good thing about this week is, I am sticking to NO FAST FOODS and focusing on doing better on weekends also. Yesterday was not good and I am still struggling on weekends. Since I have only lost 12 pounds, not posting pictures since there is not much of a difference anyways because of my size. Hopefully at the end of challenge I will be down more and will gladly post pictures. I am doing the YO-YO again but I will get it together shortly. Sooner rather than later. I am not going to beat myself up about it because I will prevail, I just have to find my way as I have did so many times.

Hey everyone! I am the same this week, 338.6, I did it again I didn't exercise one Sunday thru Tues and on Wed. I was down to 337.2 and then exercised again on Wed. and Thurs. and this is my weight from Fri. I have just been still so busy and stressed I haven't been tracking anything on here and I forgot to weigh in Fri and yesterday! I don't know why I keep doing that I should exercise straight Fri thru Tues and then take a break Wed and Thurs, cuz when I lose it comes back when I start exercising again, does that make sense? lol. Anyways there's my weight, I'm the same

I gotta get my picture taken today, even if I have to have my daughter take it. Everyone looks great. I'm so proud of you all ! I am so hoping to have a better week next week. I have already lost 2 of the 3 pounds that I gained by drinking water with every meal and eating at least 1 serving of fruits and vegetables with every meal. I hope to keep up this momentum into next week and see a good loss.0
