slow and steady when possible, but the trick is in controlled breathing. Take full breathe if you can, also in the nose out the mouth, esp when it's cold outside. But whatever works for you :)

It takes some time for your body to get used to the am "torture" but once you push past the 10 day mark, it eventually becomes part of you. It helps to have someone to work out with at the beginning. Now I don't even know how to sleep in anymore.

Lu, full time student. I've lost 22lbs so far with 7lbs more to go. But finding these last few weights awfully hard! Canadian (and very much the stereotype). I run, yoga, bike, and sing in the shower. Always looking for new friends!
