I was a 114 a few years back and i wasn't overly skinny. I have a small frame. I just feel flabby round the middle. I am doing strength training and i see i am toning but i still need to lose a bit more fat.

I don't see why not! It will definitely help you! Just do as much as you can and build up your strength!

I have really been limiting my sodium and drinking heaps of water. I am losing inches. It's been 2 months since i have started and i have lost about an inch and a half on my waist and my arms have definitely toned up!

Your sodium, sugar and carbs are very high. You are going over on most days. Sodium holds on to the water which isn't a major issue but try and keep it low as possible. The sugar and carbs are too high though. It's all about finding the right balance!

Yes i will do! I just don't know how to log my exercise until then! It just seems very low for 45 minutes!

I think i burn more doing an exercise dvd. It's a bit disheartening!

I'm 5'4 and 123lb and i still have a flabby stomach. I think it's about toning not so much weight loss. That's what i'm trying to do!

It doesn't have a chest strap. I did have to enter my height, weight and age e.t.c though! I thought it would give me a rough guide but that seems ridiculously low!

I used to be 114lb before i had my daughter and i didn't think i looked too skinny but i am trying to tone up too. I would be happy with my weight if i didn't look flabby around the middle.

My sodium is only at about 1200mg a day. I reduced it way under the mfp set goal.

I know i am not overweight. It's mainly to feel a bit more healthy as i have never eaten loads just used to eat a lot of take outs and pasta and i need to tone up a bit so i'm doing strength training. I think you are supposed to do it every day 1st level 10 days, 2nd 10 days and 3rd for 10 but work at your own pace. If you need a rest day then have one! I have done it everyday and now on level 2 day 5. The worst part was the first couple of days on level 1. My quads were hurting so much but i just pushed through and it…

I am getting my cross trainer back this week. It broke and i have been waiting to get a replacement so will get back on that again! 30 day shred is just a filler so i get some exercise in. I definitely need to eat more veggies. Thanks! :)
