I have questions about The 30 Day Shred?

I'm starting it today, using levels on youtube.

I was wondering, do I just do the level 1 for ten days, level two for ten days, ect?
Does it have to be EVERY day? Or did you take a break day a week or something.

    i was wondering the same. i think your suppose to do it everyday for 30 days.. but ppl do take rest days for the muscles to heal.

    I think you are supposed to do it every day 1st level 10 days, 2nd 10 days and 3rd for 10 but work at your own pace. If you need a rest day then have one! I have done it everyday and now on level 2 day 5. The worst part was the first couple of days on level 1. My quads were hurting so much but i just pushed through and it was fine!
