When you first started did you have any knee or lower back pain? I'm pushing through that now. Day after run my knees hurt quite a lot just below the kneecap. Anyway I'm in week 2 now yay!

I just started running again and I'm doing 4 times a week. When I used to run a lot I'd do a short run like 3km almost every day then a really long one on the weekend then a rest day. See how your body feels don't overdo it and have fun!

Feed dogs, take dogs for a run, make dinner, pajamas and Netflix :)

Starting week 2 day 1 tonight! Have a bit of knee pain and lower back pain but I just need to push through. I haven't been this excited to run in a very long time (and about 35lbs ago). Yay! Dogs are enjoying too!

My boyfriend has the highest metabolism on earth I think, so after dinner he snacks like crazy! It's hard when I smell the chocolate soufflé to avoid snacking with him!
