  • Stretch them out lots or you could end up with Plantar Facisttis like I did. Most useful way is to stand on a stair and hand one foot off at a time pointing the heel down, do this lots threw the day. This will help it and keep it up and it will prevent it.
  • There's a diet way that I do that is called Zig Zag cal counting. And you confuse your metabolism by eating different amounts everyday. I think this helps the binging for me.

  • I think as long as you are only eating your cals that are left you are fine. I generally eat 300 cals at night, and I have a rule to not eat after 9:00 that is my personal cut off time. I have been trying to eat higher proteins at this time too. If I get on a mad binge I go to bed.

  • Whenever I eat Gluten I get a rash on my neck and my eyelids swell, face gets super itchy even my gums. My Dad has Celiac Disease it is awful for him if he eats it he is way worse then I am. For me I just look puffy and have a rash.
