Hey Everyone How much fibre is too much? I eat almost 60 grams some days, with Oatmeal, Rice, Fruits, Veggies. Is this too high my profile says 38 grams. Eating Almost the Same Everyday
Is it werid that I eat almost the samething for Breakfast, Snack, Lunch and sometimes even dinner. I dont ever really get bored of eating the samething. I do know I was not losing weight due to nights and weekends which I am trying to fix and make them more like a workday. Just wondering :)
