Need advice on workouts: I have some back and leg pain.
Right now I do videos like Jillian, Bob or Fitness Blender everyday but Friday and walk for 40 mins everyday. Even thought the workouts focus on different areas I am almost always squatting or lunging. So my question is should I
A. Keep doing what I am doing and walk only on Mondays or
B. Walk everyday and do the videos every other day? I wont lie I'm scared to not workout as much but I think one of these will be my answer. I am on a good eating path right now and if I stick to it maybe I wont have to workout twice a day.
I know some will tell me to lift weights but I seriously enjoy doing these videos I love the cardio and light weight combo. It has gotten me lean before so I know this works for me but I feel like unlike lifting where you switch muscle focus everyday I am having the same focus everyday.
