  • For me I go to the Chiro and foam roll every night (google it) also the figure four stretch lots. I don't stop working out it makes it worse for me if it bad I stick to walking only
  • Wow you are looking great you should be super proud of yourself CONGRATS!!! Keep up the tough work.
  • I think his point was you make the time as inconvenient as it may be. You put the work in you get results.
  • I use to think I could never give up creamer I drink black coffee now I slowly weaned myself off of it used less and less until none. Now I add .5 tbps of coconut oil to it. FV creamer now when I try it tastes like acid I split it out.
  • I make instant coffee every morning black with 1\2 tbps of coconut oil and then I put 1 tbps in my oatmeal and eat one in the afternoon. I love it I don't get much fat from other sources. It helps me with health issues.
  • I totally can relate to this. I love working out and I take Fridays off always but I hate it I crave the workout which is crazy because as a youth I hated activity I am addicted to it. I had a hospital visit on Wed and was put under sedation I woke up and wanted to workout. I did not so I did a double yesterday. I end up…
  • They do if you do them. I have a bunch of video Jillian, and lots of beachbody ones, also free online fitnessblender.com I have kept my weight off doing this and gotten leaner. I have worked out at home for years now.
  • I too suffer from this. I eat lots of fibre hit my goal daily and I get a variety of it. I drink tons of water too. I recently went to a specialist and have a scope next week for the issue. I have taken everything to try and solve it and only thing that helps a bit is restoralax daily dr told me to take everyday and I have…
  • I'm on week 5 and love it I love that you have two trainers keeps me from getting bored. I have eased my way into it started with much lighter weight then they use but seeing results in my weight going down and being stronger. Mind you I am also very strictly dieting I eat 1550-1700 cals a day. I am not using the…
  • I have just completed 20 days binge free. I am avoiding process food and workout. I know that when I open chips I will eat the whole bag so I have made my mind up that is not an option. It is super hard at first but after a few days you feel so much better you don't want to ruin it by eating like crap. I eat 1500-1700 cals…
  • First your husband is not on the diet you are. Second I can relate. My husband eats whatever he wants never gains weight. Chips, huge bowels of cereal at night, take out, chocolate bars awful stuff for you or I. I don't mind when he gets take out and brings it home I can handle that. I can handle him eating chips in front…
  • Totally agree the struggle is real!
  • I would love my husband to workout with me. He is really in shape and thinner then me. He does not workout to be in shape his job does it. I wish he would workout with me I think it would be fun. I can see where you are coming from I sometimes feel huge around him even though I'm not. I read this thing awhile ago where a…
  • I have lost and not worked out but I eat at my BMR then now I eat 1650-1800 workout and lose provided I don't eat like crap on the weekend which is something I am guilty of. I have been on this weight loss journey for 9 years went from 186 to 154 now and still trying but I know it will come in time.
  • You need to remember however long it took to put the weight on it takes for it to come off. You have to be diligent and want to ensure you are eating enough calories to fuel your everyday life and 1000 is not going to do it I am 154 5'6 and my BMR is 1430 I never eat below that, that is the cals you need just to live. Make…
  • Fitness Blender.com its free and AWESOME!!!!!
  • You should check out zig zag cal counting at FreeDieting.com I am a big believer in not eating below your BMR especially if you are working out as well. I find that if I eat too low I tend to binge a few days later I stay consistant between 1550-2000 cals.
  • fitnessblender.com has great workouts and free
  • I can almost relate with you the past year has been tough and I seriously felt like I was losing my mind. I would start panic attacks for no reason at all. Well I am sure hidden reasons. I just posted this on my wall. I was the opposite I still had work everyday and instead of facing my issues I was being a complete…
  • I do these workouts all the time and just go with the number in the middle. Also HRM do not calculate when you are doing weights so they are not very accurate for that aspect at all. I usually wear my HRM for Cardio like walking and if I do wear it on a video that has weights to I figure it is more. Weight cal burn lasts…
  • I am doing this program right now using the modifier because I can not do the jumping due to plantar fasciitis. I did three weeks then went on vacation and lifted weights and noticed a huge improvement in strength and body. Now I am back at it and have done two weeks and feel stronger and I am going to complete the 8wks.…
  • I use plain oats and add in Avocado and Peanut Butter!
  • OMG I got these years ago and was excited by the point value of them.....until I ate the whole box in one sitting!
  • You can not spot reduce fat so you really need overall workouts as well as abs. Check out fitnessblender.com they are free and have some great core workouts.
  • I use fitnessblender and workout videos and have a few weights at home. Whether it is the gym or home all you really need is determination to get it done everyday after you have that you are set to go.
  • I too am on Week 3 however I have to do the modifier workout due to foot issues. So I have been doing that plus 30mins of weights everyday and I have lost only 2lbs but I can tell my body is hanging bc of my cloths. I use a HRM for my workouts and avg between 200-300 with modifiers I am 5'6 152lbs
  • I just log a generic number usually 150-200 for 30mins unlike Cardio the cal burn from Weights keeps going when you are done =) Lift away
  • It could be you are not eating enough and your body is holding on to the weight bc of that. If you rarely eat over 1500 and burn 1000 then your body is only getting a net of 500cals you need at least 1200 net to be healthy. Also do you use a HRM to know for sure you are burning 1000 and do you accurately measure your food?…
  • Add me up I love encouraging others and love for them to do the same. I have lost 33pounds and kept it off and workout everyday. MFP has really helped me and I hope it does the same for you =)
